    Operative part

    The Court:

    1.

    Dismisses the action as inadmissible;

    2.

    Orders the Syndicat national de l’industrie des viandes (SNIV) to bear its own costs and pay those of the Commission;

    3.

    Orders the French Republic to bear its own costs.
