- Initiative summary:
- The State aid rules, including the rules on general exemptions, have recently been evaluated, showing that the rules are overall fit for purpose, but need certain targeted changes in line with the new Commission priorities. The present initiative will update the rules on general exemptions to State aid rules to complement corresponding changes of various State aid guidelines.
