- Initiative summary:
- This initiative aims at modernising current egg marketing standards and aligning them with the requirements of the Lisbon Treaty. The Commission’s Work Programme 2020 lists marketing standards as an area for action, and its Farm to Fork Strategy envisages a revision of marketing standards.
