UREDBA KOMISIJE (ES) št. 1486/2006
z dne 5. oktobra 2006
o spremembi Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 2368/2002 o izvajanju sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley za mednarodno trgovino s surovimi diamanti
KOMISIJA EVROPSKIH SKUPNOSTI JE –
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o ustanovitvi Evropske skupnosti,
ob upoštevanju Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 2368/2002 z dne 20. decembra 2002 o izvajanju sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley za mednarodno trgovino s surovimi diamanti (1) in zlasti člena 20 Uredbe,
ob upoštevanju naslednjega:

Člen 20 Uredbe (ES) št. 2368/2002 predvideva spremembo seznama udeležencev v sistemu potrjevanja postopka Kimberley v Prilogi II. |

(2) |
Predsedstvo je v svojem obvestilu 13. septembra 2006 v okviru sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley odločilo, da od 20. septembra 2006 doda Novo Zelandijo na seznam udeležencev. Prilogo II je zato treba ustrezno spremeniti – |
SPREJELA NASLEDNJO UREDBO:
Člen 1
Priloga II k Uredbi (ES) št. 2368/2002 se nadomesti z besedilom Priloge k tej uredbi.
Člen 2
Ta uredba začne veljati dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Evropske unije.
Uporablja se od 20. septembra 2006.
Ta uredba je v celoti zavezujoča in se neposredno uporablja v vseh državah članicah.
