    SVET EVROPSKE UNIJE –

    ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o delovanju Evropske unije in zlasti člena 283(2) Pogodbe,

    ob upoštevanju Protokola o statutu Evropskega sistema centralnih bank in Evropske centralne banke ter zlasti člena 11.2 Protokola –

    PRIPOROČA EVROPSKEMU SVETU:

    da se Mario DRAGHI imenuje za predsednika Evropske centralne banke za mandat osmih let z učinkom od 1. novembra 2011.
