Zoznam členských štátov a ich príslušných orgánov týkajúce sa článku 15 (2), 17 (8) a 21 (3) nariadenia Rady (ES) č. 1005/2008

Zverejnenie tohto zoznamu je v súlade s článkom 22 (2) nariadenia Rady (ES) č 1005/2008 zo dňa 29. septembra 2008 (1). Príslušné orgány boli oznámené v súlade s nasledujúcimi článkami tohto nariadenia.

Článok 15(1): Vývoz úlovkov, ktoré ulovili rybárske plavidlá plaviace sa pod vlajkou členského štátu, podlieha potvrdeniu osvedčenia o úlovku príslušnými orgánmi vlajkového členského štátu, ako sa ustanovuje v článku 12 ods. 4, ak sa to vyžaduje v rámci spolupráce ustanovenej v článku 20 ods. 4.

Článok 15(2): Vlajkové členské štáty oznámia Komisii svoje príslušné orgány, ktoré potvrdzujú osvedčenia o úlovku uvedené v odseku 1.

b)	Článok 17(8): Členské štáty oznámia Komisii svoje príslušné orgány na účely kontrol a overovaní osvedčení o úlovku v súlade s článkom 16 a odsekmi 1 až 6 tohto článku..

c)	Článok 21(3): Členské štáty oznámia Komisii svoje príslušné orgány zodpovedné za potvrdzovanie a overovanie časti „spätný vývoz“ osvedčení o úlovku v súlade s postupom vymedzeným v článku 15.
