or alternatively

a capital grant (for assistance under submeasure 1.4 (A) with a maximum intensity of 15 % gge and 7,5 % gge respectively for small and medium-sized enterprises in Objective 2 areas and 18 % gge and 14 % gge respectively for small and medium-sized enterprises in areas exempted under Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty
