- Initiative summary:
- The main objective of this proposal is to achieve a single market for non-road mobile machinery (self-propelled mobile and towed machinery) which will, occasionally, circulate on public roads. As a result it will remove market obstacles deriving from different safety requirements for the design and manufacturing of such machinery in various Member States and maintaining a high level of safety throughout the whole EU.
