    Appointment of members of the Consumer Committee (98/C 301/05)

    The Consumer Committee was set up by Commission Decision 95/260/EC of 13 June 1995 (1)

    By its Decision of 23 September 1998, the Commission has appointed the following member and alternate member of the Consumer Committee, replacing the members previously appointed (2) for the remainder of their them of office:

    for Ireland:

    Full member Mr Peter DARGAN

    Alternate member Mrs Kitty HARLIN
