    O Parlamento Europeu e o Conselho, por meio de regulamentos adotados de acordo com o processo legislativo ordinário, estabelecem, após consulta às outras instituições interessadas, o Estatuto dos Funcionários da União Europeia e o Regime aplicável aos Outros Agentes da União.
