For Germany and Hungary, the Commission has also approved the plans for access to coal reserves for the years 2007 to 2010. The Spanish plan for the period 2006 to 2010 is currently under examination. Bulgaria and Romania need to notify their plans for access to coal reserves the latest on 30 April 2007.
