    Bij beschikking van 17 maart 2004 (ingekomen ter griffie van het Hof van Justitie op 26 maart 2004 daaraanvolgend) heeft de High Court of Justice (England & Wales), Queen's Bench Division (Administrative Court) in het geding tussen The Queen on the application of 1) The National Association of Health Stores 2) The Health Food Manucfacturers Limited, tegen 1) The Secretary of State for Health 2) The National Assembly for Wales, het Hof van Justitie van de Europese Gemeenschappen verzocht om een prejudiciële beslissing over vragen die identiek zijn met die in zaak C-154/04. (1)
