    Permanente openbare inschrijving voor de verkoop tegen verlaagde prijs van boter door de interventiebureaus en voor de toekenning van steun voor boter, boterconcentraat en room

    Overeenkomstig Verordening (EG) nr. 1898/2005 (1) van de Commissie houden de bovenstaande interventiebureaus een openbare inschrijving voor:

    a)

    de verkoop tegen verlaagde prijs van interventieboter die is aangekocht op grond van artikel 6, lid 2, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1255/1999 en die bestemd is voor de vervaardiging van banketbakkerswerk, consumptie-ijs en andere voedingsmiddelen als bedoeld in de in artikel 4, punt 1, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1898/2005 vastgestelde definitie van „eindproducten”;

    b)

    de toekenning van steun voor het gebruik van boter, boterconcentraat en room voor de vervaardiging van banketbakkerswerk, consumptie-ijs en andere voedingsmiddelen als bedoeld in de in artikel 4, punt 1, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1898/2005 vastgestelde definitie van „eindproducten”;

    c)

    de toekenning van steun voor boterconcentraat voor rechtstreekse consumptie in de Gemeenschap.

    De termijn voor het indienen van offertes in het kader van de eerste bijzondere inschrijving verstrijkt op 10 januari 2006 om 11.00 uur (plaatselijke tijd Brussel). De uitvoeringsbepalingen met betrekking tot deze inschrijving zijn vastgesteld door de betrokken interventiebureaus.
