Title: Aid for destruction of carcasses
Objective: to compensate livestock farmers for the disposal of fallen stock at farm level.
Legal basis: § 6 and §7 des Ausführungsgesetzes zum Tierkörperbeseitigungsgesetz i. V. m. § 44 LHO.
Budget: € 4,6 million
Aid intensity: 100 %
Duration: 1 year (from 1 January 2003 to 31 December 2003). For unlawful aid: from 1992 until 31 December 2002.
