The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany informs the European Commission pursuant to Article 9(3) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 95/93 of 18 January 1993 on common rules for the allocation of slots at Community airports as follows:

The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, in conformity with its Communication to the Commission (OJ C 67, 9.3.2000, p. 4) regarding the imposition of public service obligations for the scheduled services between Erfurt and Berlin/Tempelhof pursuant to Article 4(1)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92 of 23 July 1992 on access for Community air carriers to intra-Community routes, has decided to reserve slots at the fully coordinated airport of Berlin/Tempelhof for scheduled services to Erfurt, where public service obligations have been imposed under Community law.

A. The reservation is for the following slots:

1. Arrival/departure from/to Berlin/THF: 07.50/08.05, days 1 to 5;

2. Arrival/departure from/to Berlin/THF: 17.50/18.05, days 1 to 5.

B. The reservation concerns the following period:

It begins with the start of the winter scheduling season 2000/2001 and expires at the end of the summer scheduling season 2003.
