ASSENT No 21/96 given by the Council pursuant to Article 95 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (96/C 300/08)

On 24 September 1996, at the Commission's request, the Council gave its assent to the Decision which the Commission is proposing to adopt on the conclusion of an Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Coal and Steel Community and Ukraine amending the Agreement between the European Coal and Steel Community and Ukraine on trade in certain steel products.
