In Case C-471/02 P(R), Santiago Gómez-Reino, official of the Commission of the European Communities, residing in Brussels (Belgium), represented by M.-A. Lucas, avocat,appellant,
APPEAL against the order of the President of the Court of First Instance of the European Communities of 17 October 2002 in Case T-215/02 R Gómez-Reino v Commission [2002] ECR-SC I-A-199 and II-1019, seeking to have that order set aside, the other party to the proceedings being: Commission of the European Communities, represented by H.P. Hartvig and J. Currall, acting as Agents, with an address for service in Luxembourg,defendant at first instanceTHE PRESIDENT OF THE SIXTH CHAMBER OF THE COURT,
replacing the President of the Court pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 85 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice, which applies to appeal proceedings by virtue of Article 118 of those rules, after hearing Advocate General Jacobs, makes the following
