On 5 September 2019, the Court of Justice of the European Union (First Chamber) delivered the judgment European Union v Guardian Europe and Guardian Europe v European Union (C‑447/17 P and C‑479/17 P, EU:C:2019:672). |

That judgment contains, in the version in the language of the case, a clerical mistake which it is appropriate for the Court to rectify of its own motion under Article 154(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court, which applies to the procedure on appeal in accordance with Article 190(1) of those rules. |
