after hearing the Opinion of the Advocate General, makes the following
On those grounds,
THE COURT (First Chamber),
hereby orders: Council Directive 86/653/EEC of 18 December 1986 on the coordination of the laws of the Member States relating to self-employed commercial agents must be interpreted as meaning that persons who act on behalf of a principal, but in their own name, do not come within the scope of that directive.
