Articolo 97

Nessuna restrizione fondata sulla nazionalità può essere opposta alle persone fisiche o giuridiche pubbliche o private, sottoposte alla giurisdizione di uno Stato membro, che siano desiderose di partecipare alla costruzione nella Comunità di impianti nucleari a carattere scientifico o industriale.
