Legal basis: Annual budgetary allocation (State Budget, Chapter 334, post 50), Regulation on support to film production companies ("Forskrift om tilskudd til produksjonsselskaper")

Form of aid: Grant, interest-free loan

Amount of aid: Budgetary allocation for 2002 (5 % of allocations to Norwegian Film Fund): approximately NOK 10 million (approximately EUR 1,4 million)

Aid intensity: "Project development grants": 50 %; "business development loans": 50 % for consultancy services to SMEs and 15 %/7,5 % for investment aid to SMEs

Duration: Five years
