- Initiative summary:
- As a follow-up to Digital Compass Communication, this initiative will propose a set of digital principles as part of the 'European' way for the digital society, with the objective of informing people and providing a reference for policy makers and digital operators in their actions in the digital environment. The Communication would propose to include a set of digital principles in a joint interinstitutional solemn declaration of the European Commission, the Parliament and the Council.
