A Bizottság 2730/81/EGK Rendelete

a tagsággal nem rendelkező importőr országok tej- és tejtermékágazatában ajánlati felhívás kibocsátására jogosult hivatalok névjegyzékének létrehozásáról

AZ EURÓPAI KÖZÖSSÉGEK BIZOTTSÁGA,

tekintettel az Európai Gazdasági Közösséget létrehozó szerződésre,

tekintettel a legutóbb Görögország csatlakozási okmányával módosított, a tej és tejtermékek piacának közös szervezéséről szóló, 1968. június 27-i 804/68/EGK tanácsi rendeletre [1] és különösen annak 13. cikke (3) bekezdésére és 17. cikke (4) bekezdésére,

mivel a tej- és tejtermék-ágazatbeli import- és exportengedélyezési rendszer, valamint visszatérítések előzetes rögzítésének rendszere különleges végrehajtási szabályainak megállapításáról szóló, 1981. szeptember 14-i 2729/81/EGK bizottsági rendelet 14. cikke [2] úgy rendelkezik, hogy csak azok az ajánlati felhívások érvényesek, amelyeket egy összeállítandó névjegyzékben szereplő állami hivatal vagy közjogi intézmény bocsát ki;

mivel az importőr országok korábbi gyakorlatát figyelembe véve, illetve a Bizottság rendelkezésére álló legfrissebb információk alapján ez a névjegyzék a mellékletben foglaltak szerint összeállítható;

mivel az e rendeletben előírt intézkedések összhangban vannak a Tej- és Tejtermékpiaci Irányítóbizottság véleményével,

ELFOGADTA EZT A RENDELETET:

1. cikk

A 2729/81/EGK rendelet 14. cikkében említett, a tagsággal nem rendelkező országokban ajánlati felhívást kibocsátó hivatalok névjegyzékét a melléklet tartalmazza.

2. cikk

Ez a rendelet az Európai Közösségek Hivatalos Lapjában való kihirdetését követő harmadik napon lép hatályba.

Ezt a rendeletet 1981. november 1-jétől kezdődő hatállyal kell alkalmazni.

Ez a rendelet teljes egészében kötelező és közvetlenül alkalmazandó valamennyi tagállamban.
