Title: Amending for the fifty-fourth time the procedural and substantive rules in the field of State aid including proposal for appropriate measures.
Legal basis: College Decision No 329/05/COL
Decision: The appropriate measures, proposed by the Authority and accepted by the EFTA States are as follows:
to amend their existing aid schemes relating to State aid covered by the new Chapter 30A of the Authority's State Aid Guidelines so to comply with the Guidelines by 1 June 2007 at the latest.
