On 14 January 2021, the Court (Fourth Chamber) delivered its judgment in The International Protection Appeals Tribunal and Others (C‑322/19 and C‑385/19, EU:C:2021:11).

The introductory part of that judgment contains errors which it is appropriate for the Court to rectify at the request of the High Court (Ireland) pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice.

 

On those grounds, the Court (Fourth Chamber) hereby orders:

In the introductory part of the judgment of 14 January 2021, The International Protection Appeals Tribunal and Others (C‑322/19 and C‑385/19, EU:C:2021:11), the indications relating to the observations submitted shall be rectified as follows:

The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified judgment. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified judgment.
