    The subject matter and description of the proceedings

    The annulment of the decision of the Decision of the Commission rejecting the applicant’s claim that she was subjected to and experienced psychological harassment during the years she spent at the Regionalised Delegation of the Commission in Kyrgyzstan.

    Form of order sought

    The applicant claim that the Court should:

    Ask the Commission to produce the report of IDOC, with supporting evidence;

    annul the decision of the Commission of 23 July 2009 and, so far as necessary, the decision rejecting the complaint;

    order the Commission to pay the costs.
