Pour l'État: articles L 2251-1, L 3231-1, L 4211-1 du CGCT; programmes opérationnels national et régionaux des fonds structurels au titre de l'objectif «compétitivité et emploi» ainsi qu'au titre de l'objectif «convergences» une fois adoptés par la Commission européenne pour la période 2007-2013.

Pour les collectivités territoriales: articles L 1511-2 à L 1511-5 du Code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT).

Objective of aid

State aid to companies in support of job creation and the recruitment of disadvantaged or disabled workers and to cover the additional costs of employing disabled workers

Economic sectors

The scheme applies to all economic sectors, including activities relating to the production, processing and marketing of products listed in Annex I to the Treaty. It is subject to the conditions set out in current Community legislation, which excludes aid to:

—

the coal industry,

—

the shipbuilding sector,

—

the transport sector, if this aid promotes job creation
