- Initiative summary:
- The initiative should further improve the efficiency and speed of cross-border judicial assistance aimed at obtaining evidence from another Member State in civil judicial procedures. It shall ensure electronic communication and the exchange of electronic documents between competent authorities of Member States across borders.
