Amendments to the Agreement between the EFTA States on the establishment of a Surveillance Authority and a Court of Justice

The Agreements amending Protocol 4 to the Agreement between the EFTA States on the establishment of a Surveillance Authority and a Court of Justice signed in Brussels on 4 June 2004 and 24 September 2004 entered into force on 20 May 2005. The Agreement amending Protocol 4 to the Agreement between the EFTA States on the establishment of a Surveillance Authority and a Court of Justice inserting new Articles 13 an 22 in chapter XIII of part III signed in Brussels on 4 June 2004 and the Agreement amending Protocol 4 to the Agreement between the EFTA States on the establishment of a Surveillance Authority and a Court of Justice of 3 December 2004 entered into force on 1 July 2005.
These Agreements and the updated consolidated version of the Agreement between the EFTA States on the establishment of a Surveillance Authority and a Court of Justice have now been published on the EFTA Secretariat's website.
