    Operative part of the judgment

    The Tribunal:

    1.

    Annuls the decision of 23 March 2012 by which the European Parliament did not confirm CP in his post as Head of Unit and transferred him with his post to the Directorate General for Internal Policies;

    2.

    Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

    3.

    Orders the European Parliament to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by CP.
