In base alla legge (art. 24, dlgs 28/2011), è in via di acquisizione il parere della Conferenza delle regioni e degli enti locali e dell’Autorità per l’energia elettrica il gas, e il sistema idrico. |

Decreto legislativo del 3 marzo 2011, n. 28 ‘Attuazione della direttiva 2009/28/CE sulla promozione dell’uso dell’energia da fonti rinnovabili, recante modifica e successiva abrogazione delle direttive 2001/77/CE e 2003/30/CE’. Si richiama in particolare il Capo II (regimi di sostegno per la produzione di energia elettrica da fonti rinnovabili), al cui interno l’articolo 24 detta i criteri per disciplinare, con successivi decreti ministeriali, i meccanismi di incentivazione. |
