Commission Regulation (EC) No 88/97 (1) (the ‘exemption Regulation’) authorises the exemption from the extended anti-dumping duty on imports of certain bicycle parts originating in the People's Republic of China. This duty resulted from the extension by Council Regulation (EC) No 71/97 (2) of the anti-dumping duty imposed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2474/93 (3), maintained by Regulation (EC) No 1524/2000 (4) and last amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 1095/2005 (5).
In this framework, and by successive Commission Decisions, a certain number of bicycle producers have been exempted from the extended anti-dumping duty, inter alia:

(Taric additional code A568) (6), Cicli Esperia SpA (Taric additional code 8068) (7), Cycleurope International/Peugeot (Taric additional code 8963) (8), Euro.T Polska Sp. z o.o. (Additional Taric A549) (9), Jan Janssen Fietsen v.o.f. (Taric additional code 8078) (10), Kurt Gudereit (Taric additional code 8524) (11), MIFA Mittdeldeutsche Fahrradwerke GmbH (Taric additional code 8009) (12), Rabeneick GmbH (Taric additional code 8489) (13). |

Athletic Manufacturing Sp. z o.o. has informed the Commission that the legal address of the company has changed from ul. Drawska 21, PL-02-202 Warszawa, to ul. Strefowa 7, PL-75-202 Koszalin. |

Cicli Esperia SpA (initially Esperia SpA) has informed the Commission that the legal address of the company has changed from via Meucci 27, I-35028 Piove di Sacco (PD) to via Bellini Vincenzo 5, I-35131 Padova. |

Cycleurope International/Peugeot has informed the Commission that the legal name of the company has changed from Cycleurope International/Peugeot to Cycleurope Industries. |

Euro.T Polska Sp. z o.o. has informed the Commission that the legal name and address of the company has changed from Euro.T Polska Sp. z o.o., ul. Drogowców 12, PL-42-200 Czestochowa to Alliance Bikes Sp. z o.o., ul. Janiszowska 9A, PL-02-264 Warszawa. |

Jan Janssen Fietsen v.o.f. has informed the Commission that the legal name of the company has changed from Jan Janssen Fietsen v.o.f. to Jan Janssen Fietsen BV. |

Kurt Gudereit has informed the Commission that the legal name of the company has changed from Kurt Gudereit to Kurt Gudereit GmbH & Co. KG. |
|
MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke GmbH (initially SFG Sachsen-Anhalt Fahrradbau GmbH) has informed the Commission that the legal name of the company has changed from MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke GmbH to MIFA Mitteldeutsche Fahrradwerke AG. |

Rabeneick GmbH has informed the Commission that the legal name of the company has changed from Rabeneick GmbH to Cycle-Union GmbH. |
The Commission, after having examined the information supplied, has established that the changes in the companies' names and legal addresses do not affect the assembly operations with regard to the stipulations of the exemption Regulation and therefore the Commission does not consider that these changes should affect the exemption from the extended anti-dumping duty.
