    Modification by Italy of the public service obligation in respect of the following scheduled air services: Trapani-Rome, Trapani-Milan, Trapani-Bari and Trapani-Cagliari

    In accordance with Article 4(1)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92 of 23 July 1992 on access for Community air carriers to intra-Community air routes (1), the Italian Government has decided to amend the public service obligation in respect of the following scheduled air services: Trapani-Rome, Trapani-Milan, Trapani-Bari and Trapani-Cagliari, published in Official Journal of the European Union C 150, 28.6.2006, p. 48, concerning point 2.4 on the fares applicable to these routes.

    In accordance with point 2.4(b) of the public service obligation, the fares are revised as follows:
