Other information: Germany has committed itself to withhold the payment of EUR 5,5 million (DEM 10,780 million) of the investment grant of the total EUR 19,7 million (DEM 38,5 million) until the orderly execution of the project and the accurate number of the direct and indirect jobs created have been verified at 31 December 2002.

Germany shall provide the Commission with an annual report on the execution of the project. The first report shall be submitted concerning year 2000
