Whereas:

In accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 8(2) of Regulation (EC) No 509/2006, and pursuant to Article 19(3) of the same Regulation, the Czech Republic and Slovakia’s application to register the name ‘Spišské párky’ was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (2). |
