Corrigendum to the Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 68/2006 of 2 June 2006 amending Annex XVI (Procurement) to the EEA Agreement

( Official Journal of the European Union L 245 of 7 September 2006 )

Article 7 of the Annex of Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 68/2006 is amended as follows:

1.

In Appendix 4, under the heading ‘ICELAND’, the words ‘Other entities producing, transporting or distributing electricity pursuant to Orkulög nr. 58/1967’ shall be replaced by the words ‘Other entities producing, transporting, distributing or supplying hot water or steam pursuant to Orkulög nr. 58/1967’.

In Appendix 5, under the heading ‘ICELAND’, the words ‘Orkulög nr. 58/1967’ shall be replaced by the words ‘Raforkulög nr. 65/2003’.

3.

In Appendix 12, under the heading ‘ICELAND’, the words ‘Hafnalög nr. 23/1994’ shall be replaced by the words ‘Hafnalög nr. 61/2003’.
