    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Annuls the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 18 June 2015 (Case R 3291/2014-2);

    2.

    Orders EUIPO to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by Diesel SpA;

    3.

    Orders Sprinter megacentros del deporte, SL to bear its own costs.
