Annulment of the decision of the President of the EIB not to take any action following the inquiry concerning alleged psychological harassment and to annul the final conclusion of the committee of inquiry and the claim for damages.

Annul the final conclusion of the committee of inquiry in its Opinion of 11 July 2011 in so far as it states that there are no facts that can be classified as harassment in respect of the applicant; |

annul the decision of the President of the EIB of 27 July 2011; |

find that she was and is the victim of harassment; |

direct the EIB to put an end to that harassment; |
— |
annul the decision of the President of the EIB of 1 September 2011; |

find that there has been maladministration on the part of the EIB; |

find that the EIB is liable vis-à-vis the applicant as regards the illegality of the decision of the President of the EIB of 27 July 2011, the harassment which she suffered and maladministration on the part of the EIB; |
— |
order the EIB to pay compensation for past and future physical, material and non-material damage caused to the applicant as a result of the illegality of the decision of the President of the EIB of 27 July 2011, the psychological harassment she suffered and maladministration on the part of the EIB, together with default interest; |
