    Appeal against the order of the General Court (Third Chamber) of 10 December 2009 in Case T-390/09 Noko Ngele v Commission , by which that court dismissed the appellant’s application for compensation for the loss he suffered as a result of the allegedly unlawful conduct of a member of the Commission and of certain of its staff – Failure to take account of an important item of evidence in the Court file – Principle of fair legal process – Absolute nullity.
