The members of the Advisory Committee agree with the Commission on the increase of the basic amount to ensure a sufficient deterrent effect. |

The members of the Advisory Committee agree with the Commission on the reduction of the basic amount due to attenuating circumstances. |

The members of the Advisory Committee agree with the Commission on the reductions of the fines based on the 2002 Leniency Notice. |
