COMMISSION STAFF WORKING DOCUMENT EVALUATION of the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings and protecting its victims
Initiative summary:
As announced in the Strategy on Combatting Trafficking in Human Beings, the revision of the Anti-Trafficking Directive will aim at modernising the EU rules that have been the backbone of the EU’s efforts in combatting human trafficking.
