Initiative summary:
Consignments of animals and goods entering the Union through designated border control posts must be accompanied by a Common Health Entry Document (CHED). In order to ensure traceability and proper communication to the authority at the place of destination, this Regulation establishes rules on how and when the CHED should accompany consignments intended for placing on the market.
