LÉGENDE

1.	Le présent troisième complément à la vingt-huitième édition intégrale du catalogue commun des variétés des espèces de légumes (1) intègre les modifications qu’il a fallu apporter afin de tenir compte des informations que la Commission a reçues de la part des États membres.

2.	Ce complément suit la subdivision adoptée dans la vingt-huitième édition intégrale. Il convient de se référer à la légende de ladite édition.

3.	La période couverte par ce complément s'étend jusqu'au 28 février 2010.

Les modifications par rapport à la vingt-huitième édition intégrale sont indiquées comme suit dans la quatrième colonne:

— (add.)

signifie qu’une nouvelle position a été introduite dans le catalogue commun,

— (mod.)

signifie qu’une position existante a été modifiée. Les indications relatives à cette position dans le présent complément remplacent celles qui figuraient dans la vingt-huitième édition intégrale,

— (del.)

signifie que la ligne ainsi que toutes les indications s'y rapportant sont supprimées dans le catalogue commun.

5.	Le présent complément concerne les variétés notifiées auxquelles s’appliquent les dispositions de l’article 16, paragraphe 1, de la directive 2002/55/CE du Conseil (2).

6.	Si un code de mainteneur ne figure pas dans la vingt-huitième édition intégrale, le nom et l'adresse du mainteneur peuvent être obtenus auprès de l'autorité figurant dans la liste des États membres ou du pays de l'AELE concerné.
