***** DÉCISION DE LA COMMISSION du 24 février 1984 modifiant la décision 83/402/CEE en ce qui concerne la liste des établissements de Nouvelle-Zélande agréés pour l'importation de viandes fraîches dans la Communauté (84/120/CEE) LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES, vu le traité instituant la Communauté économique européenne, vu la directive 72/462/CEE du Conseil, du 12 décembre 1972, concernant des problèmes sanitaires et de police sanitaire lors de l'importation d'animaux des espèces bovine et porcine et des viandes fraîches en provenance des pays tiers (1), modifiée en dernier lieu par la directive 83/91/CEE (2), et notamment son article 4 paragraphe 1, son article 16 et son article 18 paragraphe 1 points a) et b), considérant que la liste des établissements de Nouvelle-Zélande agréés pour l'importation de viandes fraîches dans la Communauté a été établie initialement par la décision 83/402/CEE de la Commission (3), modifiée par la décision 83/499/CEE (4); considérant qu'une inspection de routine effectuée en application de l'article 5 de la directive 72/462/CEE et de l'article 3 paragraphe 1 de la décision 83/196/CEE de la Commission, du 8 avril 1983, relative aux contrôles sur place effectués dans le cadre du régime applicable aux importations d'animaux des espèces bovine et porcine ainsi que de viandes fraîches en provenance des pays tiers (5), a fait apparaître que, dans des établissements, le niveau d'hygiène a subi des changements par rapport à la précédente inspection; qu'il convient, en conséquent, d'inscrire ou de maintenir certains de ces établissements sur ladite liste et, pour un autre établissement, de prendre, pour des raisons d'hygiène, des mesures particulières en ce qui concerne l'admission dans la Communauté des viandes qui y ont été entreposées; considérant que, à cette fin, il est nécessaire, pour l'établissement cité en dernier lieu, de fixer une date ultime pour l'introduction sur le territoire de la Communauté des viandes qui en proviennent, date après laquelle le débarquement des viandes ne pourra plus, en aucun cas, être autorisé; considérant qu'il est nécessaire de modifier en conséquence la liste des établissements en question; considérant que les mesures prévues à la présente décision sont conformes à l'avis du comité vétérinaire permanent, A ARRÊTÉ LA PRÉSENTE DÉCISION: Article premier L'annexe de la décision 83/402/CEE est remplacée par l'annexe de la présente décision.
