Corrigendum to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1144/93 of 10 May 1993 on a standing invitation to tender to determine levies and/or refunds on exports of white sugar (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 116 of 12 May 1993)

On page 9, Article 14 shall read as follows:

'Article 14

If the tenderer intends to apply for advance fixing of agricultural conversion rate under this standing invitation to tender, the provisions of the second indent of Article 13 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 1068/93 shall not apply.`
