page 16, annex I, point 15, introductory paragraph:

for: "15. The former section 5.3.5 is renumbered as 5.3.6 and 5.3.6.3 is amended as follows:",

read: "15. The former section 5.3.5 is renumbered as 5.3.6. The table in section 5.3.6.2 is replaced by the following table and section 5.3.6.3 is amended as follows:".

page 24, Annex I, Appendix 4, figure 1.7: With reference to the penultimate diamond on the left entitled "FAIL?" and the arrow connecting that diamond to the last diamond immediately below it entitled "PASS?" , the entry to the left of that connecting arrow should read "no" instead of "yes".

page 45, Annex IX, point 3, heading:

On page 49, Annex X , insert the following point 2.19 after point 2.18 : "2.19 "Repair information" means all information required for diagnosis, servicing, inspection, periodic monitoring or repair of the vehicle and which the manufacturers provide for their authorised dealers/repair shops. Where necessary, such information shall include service handbooks, technical manuals, diagnosis information (e.g. minimum and maximum theoretical values for measurements), wiring diagrams, the software calibration identification number applicable to a vehicle type, instructions for individual and special cases, information provided concerning tools and equipment, data record information and two-directional monitoring and test data. The manufacturer shall not be obliged to make available that information which is covered by intellectual property rights or constitutes specific know-how of manufacturers and/or OEM suppliers; in this case the necessary technical information shall not be improperly withheld."
