Corrigendum to Decision No 3/96 of the Association Council between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Poland, of the other part of 16 July 1996 settling the dispute between the European Communities and the Republic of Poland concerning skins and hides in accordance with Article 105 (1) and (2) of the Europe Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Poland, of the other part (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 208 of 17 August 1996)

On page 34, Article 2 (2) shall read as follows:

2. Notwithstanding Article 1 (2) (b), materials originating in the Community within the meaning of this Protocol shall be considered as materials originating in Poland and it shall not be necessary that such materials have undergone sufficient working or processing there, provided however that they have undergone working or processing going beyond that referred to in Article 5 (3) of this Protocol.
