    CHAPTER 5 The Court of Auditors

    Article 22

    The following is substituted for Article 45b (1) of the ECSC Treaty, Article 188b (1) of the EC Treaty and Article 160b (1) of the Euratom Treaty:

    '1. The Court of Auditors shall consist of 16 members.`
