- Initiative summary:
- Eurojust and Europol are informed on terrorism cases by Member States. Furthermore, in October 2019, Eurojust created the Counter-Terrorism Register. However, the functioning of the existing instruments can be further improved, thus contributing to the digitalisation of justice.
