Order

On 10 December 2020, the Court (First Chamber) delivered the judgment Minister for Justice and Equality ((Application for international protection in Ireland) (C‑616/19, EU:C:2020:1010)).

That judgment contains errors in the introductory part which it is appropriate to rectify of the Court’s own motion, pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Court’s Rules of Procedure.

 

On those grounds, the Court (First Chamber) hereby orders:

In the introductory part of the judgment of 10 January 2020, Minister for Justice and Equality ((Application for international protection in Ireland) (C‑616/19, EU:C:2020:1010)), the references regarding the observations submitted must be rectified as follows:

‘M.S., by C. O’Dwyer, SC, J. Buckley, Barrister, and J. Brick, Solicitor,

The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified judgment. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified judgment.
